Who…

I’m Karen Houghton and I have more than three decades of experience in regeneration, heritage restoration, property development and environment, gained in the community, private and public sector. Whilst I have all the skills you’d imagine I’d have from those experiences, it’s the personal qualities that make me a great choice for you - passion, commitment, level-headedness.

When I’m not working, I’m happiest by the sea. Swimming with friends, followed by a hot shower and cold glass of natural wine is my idea of a perfect evening.

My other passion is my dogs. My recently departed boys Sid and Ted loved the beach as much as I do.  They led me to the sport of flyball, at which I now compete with Heck whilst training up Norman.

The eagle-eyed amongst you will spot the inspiration for the company name and strapline!
